Caring Together, Inc. is an agency that places clients in family-model, personal care homes, when living alone is no longer an option. When possible and appropriate, we assist our clients in obtaining participation in a Medicaid waiver program to assist them with additional service and funding to pay for their personal care home placement and care.
The programs in which we participate are for elderly and/or disabled persons. They are the Community Care Services Program (CCSP) and Service Options Using Resources in Community Environments (SOURCE). Most of our clients are on one of these programs. Our staff is knowledgeable in the requirements for both of these programs and is able to assist our clients and their families with this process.
When one of the above programs are not appropriate for our clients, Caring Together, Inc. will still assist with finding the best personal care home, if we have one available. In the event that we do not have availability, we will refer the client to another agency for assistance.
