Cape Fear Pediatrics' Trilby Shier, MHS, PA-C became president of the Coastal Cape Fear Regional Chapter of the NCAPA in January of 2008. In this role she chairs the monthly meetings of physician assistants from all over southeastern North Carolina and travels to Durham at least twice yearly for statewide meetings. We applaud Ms. Shier on her election, and we're sure the NCAPA will benefit from her boundless energy, intelligence, and enthusiasm.
