Cape Fear Pediatrics Donates Room to Children's Hospital

Donation provides space in new children's hospital.

Cape Fear Pediatrics has donated $25,000 to the new Betty H. Cameron Women's and Children's Hospital. One of the patient rooms in the children's wing is now named in honor of Cape Fear Peds. Originally founded to provide inpatient services to children at Cape Fear Hospital, our practice has been deeply committed to inpatient care in Southeastern North Carolina ever since. In addition to the donation, practice president Tom Blackstone has served on the recruitment committees to bring pediatric intensive care specialists and pediatric surgeons to our community. We continue to play an active role in bringing world-class pediatric care to Wilmington and the surrounding areas.
