Dr. Hoke Pollock travelled to Boston to complete intensive training in the Touchpoints developmental program created by legendary pediatrician T. Berry Brazelton. This comprehensive approach to child development has proven revolutionary in helping communities respond better to the needs of children. Dr. Pollock is now working with New Hanover County Smart Start to implement the Touchpoints program locally, a first for the region.
