Shipping & Warranty

Shipping Guidelines: We ship daily U.P.S., Roadway, Federal Express, etc.. Depending on the part needed and your location, it may not be economically feasible to ship some parts. Some parts are sold with exchange of the old or bad part. All retail parts must be prepaid. C.O.D. and open accounts are available to qualified wholesale accounts.

Warranty Information: All returns and exchanges must be pre approved and shipping prepaid. We pay no shipping on any warranty claims. All items can be made available for pickup to avoid shipping charges. Although we attempt to ship only quality parts, if a replacement part is needed and not available, approved refunds will be issued less shipping charges.

• Inspect Merchandise upon receipt. It is sold as is. However we will replace merchandise if defective and returned within 7 days in the same condition as purchased. Shipping charges and a 25% handling charge applies to merchandise returned within 7 days. No returns after 7 days. No refunds on "cut off" parts. All deposits are non-refundable.
• Guarantees: Transmissions and Engines have 101 day guarantee from the date of purchase. We guarantee to be good working unit, not to knock, rattle, smoke or use excessive oil. This is a parts replacement only and not a refund. Carburetors have no guarantee and no return.
• All other parts carry a 30 day guarantee
• All Claims must be accompanied by the invoice. We make no other guarantee or warrantee, express or implied. We pay no labor, delivery, incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind.
• Core parts must be returned within 30 days
• Parts must be picked up and paid for within 30 days or the deposit is lost.
• All to be determined by Seller.

Notice:
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and the customer bears all responsibility for retaining and producing the original sales receipt.

Search Instructions

To check the availability of a part, return to the C & L Used Auto Parts Search Page after reviewing the instructions and do the following.
1. Click on the Year drop box and then click the correct year of your vehicle.
2. Click on the Make/Model drop box and then click on the correct Make & Model of your vehicle (Makes & Models are listed alphabetically).
3. Click on the Parts drop box and then click on the part that is needed for your vehicle. (Parts are listed alphabetically.)
4. Click on submit search and the parts we have will be displayed.
5. If we are showing to have the part, please call for availability before coming to pick it up.

Search By Images Instructions

To check the availability of a part, return to the C & L Used Auto Parts Search By Images Page after reviewing the instructions and do the following.
1. Click on the exterior car view you prefer or for other parts views click on the tabs along the top.
2. Change the main view of our "Parts Selector" in the blue tabs or the picture in the lower left. To see the individual part, just roll the mouse over the large image in different areas. Finally, click on the main image when the individual part you want to search for appears on the right.
