Buildings Plus offers a variety of building options. We are able to provide completed building, ready for relocation, or we can construct a customized plan for all of your needs.
Our buildings come standard with a 4’ door and one or two windows, depending on the size of the building. We have different options available for a small, extra charge:

Wood Frame Construction
- 2x4 wall studs on 24" centers
- 2x6 ceiling rafters on 24" centers on 10ft. and 12 ft. buildings
- 2x4 ceiling rafters on 24" centers on 8ft. wide buildings
- 2x6 treated floor joist on 16" centers on all buildings - 40-year material
- 4x6 treated skids make buildings portable - 40-year material
- ¾ “tongue and groove sturdy floor plywood
- 4 ft. aluminum door standard on all buildings
- 6' double doors, 8x7 sectional garage doors, or 36" doors also available
Stainless Steel Screws
- Rain diverter over door

Available in 6x8 through 12x44. All models are shipped completely erected and ready to use with floor, doors, and windows. No major land preparation or pre-laid foundation necessary.
