A Design/Build project for replacement of the HVAC system and controls for one of the oldest buildings in Clarksville located downtown.

A Design/Build Project we completed in early 2006.
Hananoki Japanese Steakhouse in Clarksville.
A Design/Build project completed in early 2006. We used Aaon brand, 100% outside air heating and cooling units to condition and dehumidify the make-up air for the space.
DCS/DHS project for the State of Tennessee located in downtown, Nashville, Tennessee.
Kohl’s in Clarksville.
We completed this project in 2006.
MAP Industries project in Clarksville.
A Design/Build project completed in 2005.
Catfish House Restaurant located in Smyrna, TN.
This was a Commercial equipment and controls replacement project completed in 2005.
Christ the Healer Church project located in Clarksville.
This was a Design/Build project completed in 2005.
Wendy’s Restaurant project in Clarksville.
This project was completed in 2004.
The Tractor Supply Company store in Murfreesboro, TN, located on the East side of town.
This project was completed in 2006. The original project was for installing new equipment only. We provided Value Engineering for the project and installed all new ductwork and equipment for the project within the project’s mechanical budget.
O’Charley’s Restaurant project in Springfield, TN.
This project was completed in 2003.
