Dr. James A. Finkel graduated from the Medical University of SC in Charleston in 1994. He then completed a post graduate residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. After moving to Columbia, SC, in the summer of 1995, he was on staff in a group practice in the Northeast. After three years with the group practice, Dr. Finkel decided to open his own practice in beautiful Blythewood.

Dr. Finkel is a craftsman whose scientific knowledge and artistic ability allow him to perform general dentistry from an esthetic point of view and create cosmetic dental work that defies detection.

Dr. Finkel is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and numerous other professional organizations. He continues to update his training with ongoing continuing education courses.
