Billing/Insurance/Hospital Affiliation
We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible care and service, and we regard an understanding of our financial policies as an essential element of your care and treatment. We appreciate your payment for services at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, personal checks, or cash. Online Bill Pay - Coming Soon.
If you are insured, we will bill those insurance plans with which we have an agreement, and we will do all the paperwork for you. If you have a PPO or an HMO insurance plan, we will collect the required CO-PAYMENT and any deductible that is due at the time of visit. In the event that your health plan determines a service to be "non-covered," we will bill you directly, and payment is due upon receipt of the statement. In addition, any amount not paid by your insurance company within 30 days will be billed to you for payment, and we ask that you assist us in contacting your insurance carrier for payment status.

In case of an emergency, do not call our office. Either call 911, or go to the nearest ER of a hospital affiliated with your insurance company.
