I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful buffet you provided for our wedding reception. I had heard from Jane and Eddie how great you were and I definitely concur with their assessment. Your food was delicious, your display beautiful and unique, and your staff were courteous and professional at all times. I could “forget” about the food and furniture and enjoy the day. Thank you! What I could not forget was the fact that I didn’t get to eat much of the food. I still think of the delicious meatballs and the fresh fruit- honestly! I have been craving both this week because I only had a taste at the reception. I finally got my BBQ meal tonight but still haven’t gotten the fruit. :-) Our guests loved the food and commented on it as well. They were looking for leftovers the next day! You played a big part in making this special day our new family both relaxing and memorable. I will highly recommend you to everyone and have already done so to my students at CofC. In fact, I found out that some of them actually work for you. I wish you the best with your business. I appreciate all that you have done for us!

Hi Mary,

My family and I just got back from a week stay at Kiawah Island. We rented two houses on Surfsong road #51 and #56. Prior to our visit I had requested a list of possible caterers that we could have deliver some meals. With 22 people we were hoping no to have to cook or eat out all the time. Stephanie got back to me with a list of three – but only one fit the bill. Beyond Expectations did a fabulous job satisfying our needs. The food was incredible (and my family knows good food) and the service was amazing with everything being delivered and prepared right on time.  I wanted to make sure to let you know how pleased we were with them and hope you will recommend them again to other guests. They really helped make our Kiawah vacation complete.

As I know you are aware, the planning of any wedding is stressful, however when you are doing it from another state it is even worse. Your team did everything to try and minimize my concerns and stress.
