Maria Cruz has a BA in Elementary Education from Puerto Rico.
Ms. Cruz worked as a kindergarten teacher in the public schools in Puerto Rico for 15 years before she moved to Orlando. She has also worked as a pre-school teacher at Azalea Park Learning Center from 1992 to 1996, and has graduated with a Child Development Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. She started as a Director here at APLC in 1996, and has now finished her Childcare Management Course. Mrs. Maria Cruz has always been directly involved with the care and development of children.

Marianne Toletino, Owner
I started Azalea Park Learning Center in 1992. I have since then dedicated myself in making and maintaining a high-quality childcare center. I am constantly involved in the care and management of the center, giving my staff and director all the support possible.

I have been involved in developing all the knowledge that is necessary to keep my staff up to date with the latest child developmental practices and discipline practices. We have a camera surveillance system in which we, my director and I, have direct supervision of each teacher's classroom management.
