John is a native North Carolinian, who has lived in Charlotte for most of his life. John manages the workers' compensation practice of the firm and received his law degree from Campbell University in 1986. John is admitted to practice before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and all courts in North Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is a member of the workers' compensation section of The North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Ayers was named one of the top lawyers in the state for 2006 in the area of workers' compensation by North Carolina Law and Politics Magazine. Robert has been representing injured workers and individuals seeking Social Security disability benefits for over 27 years. He received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1979 and is admitted to practice law in both North Carolina and Georgia. He has successfully handled thousands of workers' compensation and Social Security disability cases. Robert is admitted to practice before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and the Social Security Administration Office of Hearing and Appeals. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the North Carolina academy of trial lawyers and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
