"Im' writing this letter to tell you about the great customer service I received from your staff at your organization.  I am a Social Worker and was recently exposed to bed bugs through some of my clients during home visits.  Your representatives that answered the phones were very helpful and understood how stressed out I was and connected me with an exterminator the same day.

David Turney had back to back appointments, however, he understood how worried and stressed out I was and squeezed me in.  He came to my home and did thorough inspection.  Luckily, it turned out that I di not have bed bugs, Mr. Turney helped me put my bed back together, provided me with literature regarding the bed bugs, and took samples to the pest control lab to double check that there were no bed bugs.  By the time he left my house I felt so much better mentally.

Due to Mr. Turney's excellent customer service, honesty and knowledge I asked him if he would be willing to come to my job at Apiranet and talk to my staff and clients about this.  He agreed without hesitation and because of his diligence we will be hiring Area Wide to get rid of the bed bugs in our clients homes.
