I just wanted you to know how pleased I am with your company. This is the second time I’ve used you & just like the first time I am very impressed. THA service techs. do a really great job, are very professional, skilled, polite and CS oriented. You always come right out & your prices are very fair. I can always trust you & will be sure to refer neighbors & friends to you. Also, my tech this time was Esteban. He was terrific. He met all the above criteria & I will ask for him next time I call for service. Thanks so much for your professional integrity & all around great service.

To all of you at TierraSanta Heating and Cooling, and Matthew,
I want to thank you all so much for everything you did for me. Matthew was a very caring owner and I appreciated that he came out to check out what was wrong with my furnace and gave me options to fix the problem. The 2 guys that came to do the work were so nice and that meant a lot also. They were very courteous, they worked hard and fast and they were very clean and didn’t leave a mess. They weren’t even going to take a lunch break and I made them sit down and take one!
I ended up replacing my furnace and air cond. Units and it only took a day and a couple of hrs. the next day! The units are so quiet now, and work great, and I can actually feel heat and the air cond. Upstairs and I could never feel any heat or cool air before on the 2nd floo! So I thank you guys for making cold evenings nice and warm, and the hot days nice and cool. I am so grateful.
I also liked that Matthew came by on another day to make sure everything was working properly. It tells me that he cares about his company, and the quality of work and also that everyone that works over there is really nice. Even chatting with the girls in the office was nice and helpful to me.
So again, I appreciate everything that you all did and will and already have recommended your company to people in the neighborhood.
I’m glad I found online on the: DoneRight website. I believe in helping your neighborhood businesses out as long as they are honest, the quality of work is there, and nice, and your company is all of that to me.

Hi Matthew/Sonya…Hector completed the job yesterday…and the systems seem to be working very well. I gave Hector the check for the balance due, ($5,900.00).He said he needs to come back today to replace the “breaker” …so I’m expecting that to be done. Also, are there any written warrantees/guarantees that I should be receiving from Trane or from THA? BTW …I was very pleased with Hector’s professionalism, competence, competence, and politeness.

I just wanted to comment on how professional and courteous that Hector was today, when he fixed the wiring to my A/C unit. He fixed my unit in less than a half hour, and was very professional.

To the entire THA team,
Words cannot convey the gratitude that my family and I would like to express. The work that you all did over the past few days was nothing short of amazing – it was definitely a miracle. From the first time I called to the completion of the job, only four days passed. Your speedy service ensured that the job was done very soon after my wife and our brand new baby came home from the hospital. Because of you, they came home to a cool house on an incredibly hot day. My wife actually cried (happy tears) when she walked in the front door and feel the cool air – for a while, she thought it was all too good to be true.
I am simply blown away by the service you provided. We’ve never been customers before and you don’t know us. Nonetheless, you repeatedly went out of your way to get us an accurate estimate and to get the entire job done right away. You also identified and resolved the issues with the plumbing and drains. In this day and age, customer service is becoming a lost art. That said, you are all shining stars. The service you all provided was nothing short of perfect. Honestly, we never thought this could be done so quickly.
I wish there was some way I could thank you for everything you’ve done for us. I figured the best way was to start with this letter. Beyond that, I’m not sure what else to offer. Please feel free to provide my cell phone number to anyone looking for a reference – I have nothing but positive information and praise to share. I will also be telling everyone I know about you and pointing them all in your direction for their heating, cooling, and refrigeration needs. Also, feel free to let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you … I’d be happy to write a testimonial for your web site or do just about anything else you’d like.
I don’t want to ramble on too long. I just want you all to know how overwhelmed we are by your generosity, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate our needs given our new addition. Dear Matthew,
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the new heater and air conditioner. Your staff (Victor and Hector) was so professional and helpful. The installation process was done professionally as well. All the work looks great. I don’t know the name of the electrician, but he did a marvelous job as well. The electrical lines are very unobtrusive and look great. I can’t say enough about your entire staff.
