I want to thank you for the prompt and courteous service that you provided to us just hours after the accident to open the damaged garage door (to remove our vehicle inside), then 8-days later to install a replacement door. It was just eight days since my son decided to test the strength of the door with our van…the door lost, and now I have a better door, and a much improved installation than the two year old door that was replaced.

Your Service Representatives did a great job with the vehicle extraction and the new door installation. I thanked them today for their work before they left, but I really wanted you to know how much I appreciate their effort and the time that they spent to give us a top quality job. Not only does the door fit the opening properly, the existing mechanical garage door opener was adjusted (at no additional charge) so now it is virtually silent in operation. What a difference!

I can’t say enough about the door fit. It now fully opens to the 7-foot overhead clearance, before it opened about 4-inches shy. The builder said that this was “typical for wide doors.” Now there are no gaps in the weather sealing at the top or door sides, because the door is properly adjusted to fit the opening!

All around your company provided us with excellent product recommendation and work!
