Maintaining your transmission in accordance with manufacturer recommendations is very important in order to ensure safe and reliable operation of your vehicle. Here are some helpful hints to keep your transmission in good running condition.

Inspect The Level And Condition Of Your Transmission Fluid – Make sure you keep your fluid at the proper level and change it according to the manufacturers' maintenance schedule. Transmission fluid is a transparent red when in good condition. If the fluid is muddy brown or black, you should get your vehicle checked as soon as possible.
Be Mindful Of Any Unusual Noises – If you have any strange noises or vibrations, have your vehicle checked out immediately.
Check For Leaks – Create a routine schedule for inspecting under your car for leaks. The reddish color of transmission fluid should make it very easy to spot if you have a leak. Remember, if the fluid goes below the recommended level you are in danger of serious transmission damage.
Know The Warning Signs Of A Bad Transmission – If you experience any of the following, bring your vehicle to us as soon as possible.
