New Patients
Next-day appointments are available, new patients and referrals are always welcome at the office of Dr. Milton W. Richardson. If you have an appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out forms or take a moment to download our new patient forms to be completed prior to your appointment. Bring insurance cards and list of medications that you are currently taking.
Our office works with all major health insurance companies including:
Secure Horizon, United Medicare Complete, BCBS, United Health Care, AETNA, Wellpath, Jefferson Pilot, TriCare, Cigna, Medcost, Humana, Humana Gold, and others. We can also assist our patients with special out-of-network arrangements and payment arrangements for those without insurance.
Co-payments need to be paid at the time of service and you are responsible for co-payments or the deductible that will not be paid by your insurance policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at the location nearest you.
