Clinic Manager Clinic Manager Responsible for all operation within a primary care/urgent care clinic, including the selection, supervision, scheduling, and performance of all non-physician clinic staff. Also responsible for ensuring quality of patient care and maintenance of clinic building and supplies.


Front Office Receptionist Front Office Receptionist Responsible for greeting patients, confirming insurance coverage, and entering data into patient management system. Positions require data entry skills, attention to detail, pleasant phone voice, and customer service experience. Previous medical office experience is desirable but not required.


Medical Assistant Medical Assistant Responsible for triaging patients to rooms, taking vital signs, assisting physicians with procedure setups, giving injections, and performing other procefures under physician�s direction and instructing patients. Positions require MA degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Certification is preferred but not required.


Phlebotomist/Lab Technician Phlebotomist/Lab Technician Responsible for drawing blood, collecting other specimens, conducting laboratory procedures, and reporting results. Minimum of six months of laboratory or phlebotomy experience or phlebotomy certification required.


X-Ray Technician X-Ray Technician Responsible for performing radiographic imaging to assist physicians in diagnosing conditions. Associate's degree or equivalent or a minimum of six months of experience required. A.R.R.T. preferred.


Claims Coordinator Claims Coordinator Responsible for entering patient charges, ensuring accurate filing of claims, and conducting any required follow-up with insurance carriers and patients to ensure timely closure of claims. Requires high degree of familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT coding, accurate data entry, and detail orientation. Certification in coding preferred.
