AMCO (Atlantic Maintenance Company) is a fully bonded and insured maintenance company that has more than 46 years of experience in the environmental control industry. The principals have more than 105 years of combined experience in the industry. This is a contributing factor to what makes AMCO a successful and knowledgeable maintenance company.
At AMCO, our primary focus is on the commercial and industrial side of the industry. We extend our services to full building services including, but not limited to, floor waxing, shampooing, filter changing, bulb replacement and many more incidentals that help facilitate a building's needs. We Even Do Windows! Our primary goal is to achieve a high level of management of your building's maintenance needs without deferring unnecessary costs to the building owners or tenants.
If you choose, give us a budget and we'll work up a plan, or give us a plan and we'll work up a budget. We will come in and evaluate your building, draft a set of specifications and review it with the building manager in charge - all free of charge! We don't take for granted that he knows his building best. We're just here to do all the footwork - and it's free!
