Air Conditioning and Furnace Precision Cleaning and Safety Inspection performed by Trained Service Technicians includes:
- Check thermostat for proper operation, calibrate, and level
- Check air filters
- Leak search
- Check safety float switch
- Check drain and pan
- Amp ID blower
- Check compressor wiring, measure amperage and volt draw
- Test contactors for burns, pitting
