Laura D. Goforth - Legal Assistant
Laura joined the Law Firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover, in 1996 as Office Manager and Legal Assistant to Vicki H. Hoover. She is a graduate of Robert Service High School in Anchorage, Alaska, and has worked in the legal field since 1984. Laura worked with the largest law firm in Alaska, and has experience in domestic, real estate, personal injury, maritime, and legislative issues.
Laura moved to Dover, Tennessee in august 1994 and began working for a law firm in Clarksville, which dealt primarily in criminal and probate matters. In December 1996, she moved to Henry County and later accepted the position with Ainley & Hoover. Besides her duties as Legal Assistant to Ms. Hoover, Laura assists in the organization of the office, training of employees, and in the planning, designing, and preparation of lawyers and assistants in the firm. She takes pride in accompanying Ms. Hoover to court for trials and domestic issues, where their organization and strong working relationship make their duo one of the most respected teams in the area.
Laura and her husband, Jerome, make their home in Buchanan, Tennessee with their children, where they enjoy being outdoors and encompassing life.
Holly C. North - Legal Assistant
Holly joined the Law Firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover in May 2005. She is a legal assistant to Beth F. Belew. She is a graduate of Walton Central High School, Walton, NY.
Holly began working in the legal field in 1995 primarily in real estate matters until May 1996 when she began working in the criminal, domestic, probate and estate planning matters. As Ms. Belew's assistant she works specifically in social security disability, workers' compensation, juvenile, domestic and probate matters.
Holly has resided in Paris for over 27 years with her husband and their children and grandchildren. She is a very family oriented and loves reading and spending time with her family.
Diana L. Eaker - Legal Receptionist
Meet Diana Eaker. Diana is the Firm's Legal Receptionist, and usually is the first person you speak to when you call or come in. She has been with Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover since February 2006. Her years of experience from another law firm where she served as Office Manager and 12 years with the County Clerks Office are very beneficial.
Diana has a positive energy and attitude towards every client and is always willing to help direct you to the right place when you call. She is the mother of two and makes her home in Henry County.
Nikki M. Gordon - Legal Assistant
Nikki is a Legal Assistant to Anthony L. Clark. She has worked in the legal field since January of 1998. She attended Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Mount Holly, New Jersey and has attended Austin Peay University, and numerous educational seminars in the legal field.
Nikki moved to Clarksville, Tennessee in July of 1996 where she began working in the legal field and has maintained a legal assistant position since. In December of 2006, she moved to Henry County, Tennessee and joined Ainley, Hoover, Clark, & Hoover in 2007. Nikki assists with the preparation of files, legal research, in preparation of lawyers for trial. Nikki is always willing to assist all attorneys in Paris and Franklin offices. She serves as Mr. Clark's personal assistant in all criminal cases as well as in divorce, custody, child support, domestic matters, ad all other matters as needed.
Nikki is the mother of one son, Tyler. Tyler is graduating in May of 2010 from Henry County High School, where he is a member of the Patriot Football Team. GO BIG RED!!! Nikki and Tyler make their home in Buchanan, Tennessee.
Lori A. Dupras - Legal Assistant
Lori A. Dupras joined the Law Firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover in 2007. She is a graduate of Pinkerton Academy in Derry, New Hampshire and has worked in the legal field since 1992. She started her legal career in the State of Connecticut and later returned to New Hampshire. Her main focus is in personal injury law, workers compensation and medical malpractice cases.
She actively participated on the Board of the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire from 2002-2005 and served as Vice President during the 2004 term and President during the 2005 term.
In 2006, Lori and her family moved to Tennessee, and she joined the team of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover as assistant to Mr. Clark in criminal cases. Her focus is now personal injury and workers compensation cases working primarily as assistant to Michael L. Ainley but assists all others on an as needed basis.
Lori and her husband, Alan and daughter, Jillian are settled in their home by the lake and enjoys the Tennessee weather and outdoors.
Cynthia G. Hopkins - Business Manager
Cynthia (Cindy) joined the Law Firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover in April of 2009, shortly after her former employer of 31 years downsized their workforce by two thirds due to economical conditions. She graduated from Henry County High School and has continued her professional development through participation in various Vocational Technical Schools, College Classes, and Seminars.
In her position as Business Manager, Cindy is responsible for handling bookkeeping, payroll, and computer hardware / software issues. Cindy brings with her a wealth of knowledge. Her experience in project coordination, office management, marketing, customer service, purchasing, and computer knowledge will be a great asset to the continued growth of the firm, Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover.
Cindy enjoys the outdoors, traveling, gardening, spending time with family, friends, and grandkids. When indoors she loves playing a friendly game of poker (Texas Hold'em).
Charity L. Baker - Legal Assistant/Receptionist
Charity joined the Law Firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover, in June of 2010. She works in our newest office located in Camden and is the first person you speak with when you call or come in. Her duty's include assisting all attorneys as needed, but her primary focus is Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability.
Charity graduated from Camden Central High in 1992 and moved from Benton County shortly thereafter to Arlington, VA, then to Chicago and has been back in Tennessee since 2006. This is when she started her career in the legal field with a local firm dealing primarily in Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation.
Charity resides in Benton County with her fiance' Joe and their 16-year-old cat, Cy where they love to ride 4-wheelers, shop and spend every minute they can on the river fishing and sunning.
Karen B. Millraney - Legal Assistant
Karen joined the Law Firm of Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover in September 2010 as a Legal Assistant to Michael L. Ainley. She graduated from Stewart County High School in 2000 and has obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Murray State University in 2005.
As Mr. Ainley's personal assistant, she helps assist him in all custody, divorce, probate, and criminal matters. She is able to discuss the progress of your case and provide the information that you need to stay well-informed of all deadlines and important issues that have arisen in your case.
Karen has been married to her husband, Jason, since 2001 and they have two children together, Alexandria and Noah. The family enjoys quality time together, which involves playing sports, attending racecar events, and spending time on the Kentucky Lake.
Amber D. Stofleth - Legal & Receptionist Assistant
Amber joined Ainley, Hoover, Clark & Hoover in late 2010. She serves as Vicki H. Hoover's second assistant and assist Diane with the receptionist duties. Amber is a graduate of Dresden High School and is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has worked in the legal field for five years. She got her start in this field doing collection law for a large collection firm and has since continued her career in other aspects of law.
Amber is engaged to be married to Danny P. Crews of Dresden. She is the mother of five year old Lucy and the future step mother to seven year old Layla, four year old Camryn, and one year old Marley. Amber and her family make their home in Dresden, TN.
