Automotive Fleet Repair is an owner-operated, full-service auto repair and maintenance facility. Our mechanics are ASE certified meaning that when you trust AFR for your automotive repairs you can rest assured that you are receiving the highest quality and automotive care available. Our company has been built upon a solid foundation of delivering quality, honest service – our customers know that’ll we will never take advantage of them or their situation. It’s because of this honesty that we have been able to remain in business for nearly 40 years. AFR is a member in good standing of the Automotive Service Association (ASA) and as such we adhere to the following professional business practices:
- Perform high quality repair service at a fair and just price
- Use only proven merchandise of high quality distributed by reputable firms
- Employ the best skilled technicians obtainable
- Furnish an itemized invoice for fairly priced parts and services that clearly identifies any used or re-manufactured parts
- To have a sense of personal obligation to each customer
- Recommend corrective and maintenance services, explaining to the customer which of these is required to correct existing problems and which is for preventive maintenance
- Offer the customer a price estimate for work to be performed
- Furnish or post copies of any warranties covering parts or services
- Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing, or by other means satisfactory to the customer
