Adams Properties, Inc. owns and operates the Oakleaf Townhomes and we manage regimes for 12 homeowners’ association in Mount Pleasant and the Isle of Palms. Adams Properties, Inc. also handles the leasing arrangements and management of a number of properties for their owners.
Our goal for each regime is to maintain and enhance property values under the direction of the Board of Directors. Our management style is supported by years of experience and is complemented by a positive attitude and a willingness to attend to matters promptly. We believe that communication is of the utmost importance. When you call our office during the workday, you will speak with a knowledgeable member of our staff, not an answering service. After hours and on the weekends, calls are forwarded to our cell phones so that we are notified of any inquiries or maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
Our regime management contract includes monthly, quarterly or yearly collection of assessments, enforcement of Covenants and Restrictions, management of the pool, other amenities and grounds, weekly inspections of the property, (daily visits as needed), monthly financial reports, attendance at association and board meetings, and payment of monthly bills. We also handle any transfers of ownership, including HOA documentation needed for closings, as well as providing information for prospective new owners as it pertains to the association.
