Our technicians are factory-certified for repair on industrial, portable, marine, and commercial mobile generators and have over 56 years of experience in the field. - Our technology is state-of-the-art and includes features such as:
- Equipment tracking by serial number
- Purchase-order friendly accounting

- We have relationships with hundreds of vendors which gives our customers fast, convenient purchasing options from one source.
- Our shop is conveniently located in downtown Miami on the Miami River. Mobile, portable, and trailer-mounted generators can access our facility with ease and marine customers can park their boat at our dock for fast service with minimal downtime.
- We offer 24/7 service for emergency repairs. A remote call center in Tallahassee, Florida, is used during emergencies (such as Hurricane Wilma) to ensure our customers have access to us despite local power or telephone outages.
- All of our work is warranted for 90 days from the date of service.
- Preventative maintenance agreements are available for all of our customers and include a 44-point inspection list. Agreements are available for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections.
- Our customer list includes organizations such as the Dade County School Board, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Town of Bay Harbor, Metro Dade County, US Customs Agency, and other critical operation centers.
