Accurate Scale and Equipment

Accurate Scale and Equipment was founded by Daniel N. Hilley in January, 1982. Prior to this, Daniel was employed by Tinsley Scales from April, 1967 through October, 1981, becoming a partner in 1969.

In the beginning, Accurate Scale and Equipment was a one-man operation, with Daniel providing sales, service, and rentals to the Central Florida area. Within three years, there were three employees, and growth continued to a total of nine employees at the present time. We have a fine staff of sales people as well as factory trained service techs.

Currently, our company represents several prime scale lines such as Chatillon, Denver Instruments, Detecto, Ohaus, Berkel, Setra, and other scale manufacturers. Our main focus is industrial and retail sales and food processing equipment in the entire state of Florida and southern Georgia.
