WHY DO YOU SPREAD SAND OVER THE NEW SURFACE?
While your new overlay has been on for only a few hours, the sand will help protect it and keep scarring to a minimum. Within a few days, general weather and use will clear the sand away.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM TRAFFIC ON IT THE FIRST FEW DAYS?
During the first few days you may see some tire marks and scuffing. You may also experience "power steering tears" in the lot. These markings occur when tires are turned in a tight area.

WHAT ABOUT LARGE TRUCKS?
It is not recommended that large trucks be driven on your newparking lot until the asphalt becomes stronger.

HOW CAN I KEEP MY NEW PARKING LOT LOOKING NEW?
Simply keep your parking lot clean, and after one year of paving, it is important to seal coat your lot every 2-3 years
based on normal wear.
