Our Team

Goal #3: Our pet friends cannot talk for themselves; therefore, good client/doctor communication is essential.

Your Pet Healthcare Team
Please do not hesitate to ask questions. We often receive over 300 telephone calls a day, and our phones are often very busy during morning and evening office hours. The best time to call for a routine appointment is between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you feel your call is an emergency, please let the receptionist know so she can get you a doctor to speak to. Because the doctors cannot leave the care of a patient to answer the phone, please relay your questions and concerns clearly to the receptionist and allow a reasonable amount of time for a return call. Our staff is trained to respond to the majority of phone messages and will always be acting under the direction of the veterinarian. The doctor must give permission for all drug refills as well as new prescriptions. We will rarely prescribe medication over the phone, as many diseases have similar symptoms. If your pet develops a complication or a new problem, please understand the need for an examination in the office. Once again, if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to ask.
