Whether routine examinations or complicated diagnostic problems are involved, our doctors will take the time to explain each and every recommended treatment option so that you can easily understand the significance of and the treatment required for your pet's condition. Since you probably treat your pet as a full-fledged member of your family, you will be glad to know that we do too! Any comments or suggestions you have that would further help us in our endeavor to provide the best veterinary care would be appreciated.
- Health Exams: It's important to detect medical problems as early as possible, just as periodic check-ups are wonderfully reassuring if no problem exists. The care which starts with a puppy or a kitten can pay extra dividends once your companion becomes geriatric.
- Vaccinations: You already know that one of the most effective ways of protecting your pet's health is to provide yearly immunization against various common and sometimes deadly diseases. Our policy is to provide the best well-tested combinations of protection for your pet, and to save you money, we offer Wellness Packages that could save you up to 35% off the regular price.
- Dental Care: Increasingly, our clients have become aware of the fact that it's just as important to have their pet's teeth examined and cleaned on a regular basis as it is to protect their own teeth and gums. Our specialized services include cleaning, polishing, tooth extraction and oral surgery.
- Dietary Planning: A sound diet is vital to the health of your pet at any age. Let's discuss what your friend needs, including dietary requirements for proper weight maintenance, performance and growth, and as an aid in some diseases at every stage of life.
- Convenience: We fully understand the fact that you maintain a busy schedule. That's why we do everything we can to simplify your life as a pet owner. For example, you can drop off your pet as early as 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. We also provide professional boarding and grooming services for your pet.
- Emergency Service: We handle any emergency service for our clients on a top-priority basis, and we make sure these services are available 24 hours a day. For instance, if we are unavailable (example: nights, holidays, weekends, etc.), then emergency care is provided by our AA Pet Emergency Services at 352-373-4444. We use an emergency service so our doctors and staff can live normal lives and get the proper sleep to handle our customers the next day.
- VOM: Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation is a healing technology that locates areas of the animal's nervous system that have fallen out of communication, and re-establishes neuronal communication, thus inducing healing. VOM is singularly the most simple, effective, and safe healing modality in veterinary care to date.
- Chiropractics and Acupuncture: A chiropractic exam includes a neurological exam, stance and gait analysis, and motion and static palpation. It includes evaluating the patient's history, intended use/athleticism, health state, and prior x-rays and tests. A chiropractic adjustment is defined as a short-lever, high-velocity controlled thrust by hand or instrument that is directed at specific articulations to correct vertical subluxations. It comprises the adjustment of vertebral joints, extremity joints, and cranial sutures.
