WRITTEN...
Proof
- Know exactly what you are paying for and get everything in writing.
- Don't assume anything.
- 1sk for Certificates of Insurance and proof of occupational licenses before signing any contracts.
- Make sure product brand, type and number of coats of paint that will be applied are all specified.
- Don't be afraid to ask for some local references.
- All these things are standard requests nowadays and any contractor can and will easily provide this information upon request.
- If in doubt the BBB of Central Florida is a great resource. Finally, do not give money up front to anyone you have not dealt with before.

QUALITY...
Prep Work
With a focus on cleanliness and preparation,we stress that prep work is what determines the quality and longevity of the final product. Priming, sealing, caulking, sanding, puttying, masking, and covering with drop cloths are the most important steps in any paint project. Pressure washing is necessary prior to any repaint in Florida due to the mold and mildew as a result of the high humidity climate we live in.
VALUE...
Engineering
On our larger bids, we place values on almost every area and step of the painting process during our estimating and takeoff stage. Although we try to be competitive, we are not always the lowest. We feel that we know what a job should cost and that we are still the best price over time, considering the level of finish we provide. We are not perfect, so feel free to call us if our price appears to indicate we missed something or you see that we may have made an error in our calculations. We may also, in some cases be able to suggest additional ways to save money without sacrificing the integrity of the job.
