3 Steps Special Events located in Denham Springs is a rental hall for you to host your special event! You can bring your own food or use a catering service of your choice, the decorators, photographers, DJ's and all other business services are chosen by you, or you may choose to do yourself. We specialize exclusively in providing you with a location for you to hold your special event. We provide the place ! You bring the Party ! All of our events are family oriented.
All tours, bookings, and visitors are by appointment. Rental Rates apply at the time of your booking and excludes promotions, specials, etc. Hours of operations and showing of the facility are on Saturday or Sunday's 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Appointments can be made by calling 225-665-5778 Monday-Sunday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
The map on the website does not show our exact location. 3 Steps is located by Lockhart Road & Burgess Road area. (close by the North Park area) 10935 Laird Lane. The website designers are now working to correct the map.
Price List -Saturday & Sunday events
$1000 Rental fee is for a 10 hour time frame for all Saturday events or $600 for a 6 hour time frame. Additional time may be added @ $100 per hour.
Additional time for setting up on Friday night $250
Sunday special for Bridal & Baby Showers, & Birthday Parties - $100 per hour with a 3 hour minimum
Booking/Security deposit required. $300 deposit, or $500 if event will be serving the allowed liquor. Booking/Security deposit is held and has nothing to do with the rental fee on the day of your event. Events serving liquor require an additional $200 in addition to the rental fee.
