Do you charge to come out? (Plumbing)

            We have set repair prices for most jobs. We will gladly quote these prices over the phone to you if you call us and describe your problem. Otherwise, we can send someone out to give you a free estimate. We do charge for pinpointing a leak. This would be a “diagnostic fee”.

Do you charge for free estimates?

            No, we do not charge for estimates.

Do you charge to come out? (HVAC)

            We give free estimates and second opinions. If we have to troubleshoot the heating or air conditioning system, or do any testing to diagnose your problem, we may have to charge. It is not a “trip” charge, but a “diagnostic fee” needed for us to assess your problem. Once we diagnose your problem, we will give you a free estimate on any repairs you may need.

What are your hours?

            We operate twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office is open 8-5 every day, and we have an after-hours answering service. We will dispatch a crew to you any hour in the case of a true emergency.

Where are you located?

            Our office is on the northeastern side of San Antonio, Texas. We dispatch our technicians all over Bexar County.

How fast can you come to my house?

            We can usually fit your call in within 1-2 hours from the time that you call it in. We also take advance appointments and do our very best to work with your schedule. When you are on our schedule, we will call you with a 20-30 minute notice so you don’t have to sit at home and wait for us all day!

When they come out to give me an estimate, can they do the repair right then and there?

            Yes! Our trucks are like traveling plumbing shops! We carry a large variety of repair parts and new fixtures. In some cases, we may not have the necessary equipment on the truck. When this happens, we can usually pick it up the same day from a nearby parts house or if needed, we can special order a part and return when it comes in.

Do you have discounts?

            Yes, we have coupons and discounts in the back of the phone book! If you are a senior citizen or military, you qualify for a ten percent discount.

Do you offer financing?

            Yes, you can apply for financing in certain cases. We will do the best we can to work with you.

Are you licensed and insured?

            Yes, our company is insured, and the plumbers are licensed and work under a responsible master plumber’s license (No. M-16744). The A/C & heating (License No. TACLB 19700E) technicians are EPA certified, and all of our employees have years of experience. Do you warranty your work?

            Our standard warranty for repair services is 90 days on our parts and labor, unless otherwise stated at the time of service. The standard warranty for installation of our parts and equipment is 1 year, unless otherwise stated. We will be happy to go into further detail over the phone.

Do you sell parts?

            No, we do not sell parts. We can send a technician to provide and install parts for you or recommend a reputable parts house for you to make your own purchase.

What methods of payment do you accept?

           We accept cash, check, and/or all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

Do you do backflow certification?

            We can both install backflow devices and get them certified.
